Trust Investment Services

When it comes to legacy planning, placing your assets into a trust might fit into your estate plan.

  • You may know that a trust is right for you but not know where to start. The fiduciary and legal burden associated with creating and maintaining a trust can be overwhelming.
  • Corporate trustees can help you solve this problem, but this often means having your assets and relationship managed in a non-local, impersonal way. That’s where we come in.
  • Sawston Wealth Management, LLC participates in a unique directed trust model that gives you the best of both worlds. A third party will serve as your trustee, handling administrative matters such as taxes, statements, and disbursements, yet your assets and relationship are cared for by the Sawston team to achieve the goals of the trust.

Colleen Gillespie, CTFA

This credential, and subsequent hours of continuing education, covers the areas of fiduciary and trust laws, financial planning, taxation and tax planning for trusts, investment management, and ethics. As such, she is qualified to serve as an investment advisor in a role delegated by a trustee, or named as a Statutory Trust Advisor for managing the investments of directed trusts.
